Sunday Driver - Adrian Jilich

Sunday Driver

A moment between here and there.

A man sits behind the wheel of an old-timer car, idling at a set of lights as the world carries on around him. For a brief moment, there’s nowhere to be, just time to sit, watch and take in the passing scene.

Adrian’s work often finds its stories in these quiet fragments of everyday life. Here, the car, the driver and the pause at the lights become a small snapshot of contemporary life , familiar, fleeting and full of atmosphere.

For Small Wonders, this piece celebrates the beauty of an ordinary pause, those little moments when we slow down long enough to notice the world going by.
