Sparkle - Eliza Walker

Sparkle.

A little burst of colour with something to discover.

Sparkle is a playful exploration of colour, layering and expressive brushwork. Oil stick and acrylic come together across the canvas, creating a sense of movement and spontaneity that feels energetic without being overly defined.

There’s a lovely freedom in the marks — the kind that invites you to look, find your own shapes and let the colours do the talking. Familiar forms and abstract gestures meet somewhere in between.

For Small Wonders, Sparkle is a reminder that sometimes the magic is simply in the moment of looking — noticing a flash of colour, an unexpected mark or something that makes you stop for a second.
