Moka Pot with Egg Shell and Feather - Tina Bennett

Moka Pot with Egg Shell and Feather

Quiet, muted and beautifully unexpected.

In Moka Pot with Egg Shell and Feather, Tina Bennett takes one of her favourite subjects — the humble Moka pot — and places it alongside the delicate simplicity of a cracked eggshell and feather.

The reflective surface of the pot becomes the focus, capturing subtle shifts of light, shape and surrounding tones across its different planes. Against this, the fragile textures of the eggshell and feather create a softer, more understated mood.

Tina’s still life paintings find beauty in the everyday, transforming familiar objects into moments of quiet observation. Here, her love of reflections meets a more muted palette, creating a piece that feels nostalgic, considered and wonderfully calm.
