Lukes Lobster Plate - Emma Sheehan

Lukes Lobster Plate.

A little piece of everyday life, made joyful.

In Lukes Lobster Plate, Emma Sheehan brings together bright, sunlit lemons and beautifully patterned lobster plates, turning a familiar domestic scene into something worth lingering over.

Emma’s playful eye for colour and pattern transforms these everyday objects into a vibrant still life. The contrast between the fresh yellow lemons and decorative ceramics creates a sense of warmth, nostalgia and simple pleasure, the kind found in the objects we use, collect and live alongside.

It’s a reminder that wonder doesn’t always have to be extraordinary. Sometimes it’s sitting right there on the kitchen table, hiding in plain sight.

Part of Small Wonders, Lukes Lobster Plate celebrates the beauty of the familiar and the joy of noticing it.
