Lobster & Lemon - Pia Reynolds

Lobster & Lemon

A little taste of summer, captured in colour.

In Lobster & Lemon, Pia Reynolds turns a simple still life into a celebration of one of the ocean’s most striking little wonders. The vibrant red of the lobster takes centre stage, paired with the bright freshness of lemon to create a piece that feels playful, joyful and unmistakably summery.

Pia’s expressive brushwork and love of rich colour bring an immediate energy to the work. Inspired by the beauty of what is right in front of her, her paintings celebrate the everyday moments that can so easily pass unnoticed.

For Small Wonders, Pia looks to the natural world, finding wonder in the bold colour, texture and character of something as unexpected as a lobster. A little piece of Australian coastal summer, made to bring a smile.
