Afternoon Bubbles - Amanda Cameron

Afternoon Bubbles

Sunlight, water and a moment suspended in time.

Afternoon Bubbles captures the quiet magic of a summer swim, a delicate silhouette suspended beneath the water, surrounded by the soft movement of bubbles and shifting light.

Artist, Amanda Cameron’s, layered impasto oil paint gives the water a beautiful sense of depth and physicality, echoing the way sunlight moves across the surface and memories of summer seem to blur and shift. The figure feels weightless, caught in that peaceful moment between movement and stillness.

For Small Wonders, Afternoon Bubbles celebrates the simple joy of being completely immersed in the moment , when the world above disappears and all that matters is the water around you.
